Manager, Finance

 

Responsibilities:-

 

  • Prepare financial forecast, budgets and reports for evaluation by the Board of Directors;
  • Review and analyse management accounts and cash flows of company and it’s subsidiaries to meet deadlines set out;
  • Communicate with bankers on bank facilities and account operations;
  • Manage and supervise cash flow and treasury works that include check on payments receipts and other banking transactions;
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents for audit matters and taxation submission;
  • Prepare and provide ad hoc reports to management from time to time;
  • Familiar with accounting standards (IFRS), Group consolidated accounts and Bursa Malaysia will be an advantage;
  • Familiar with Accpac or other ERP systems;
  • Experiences in property development, healthcare, construction and education will be an added advantage.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Accounting/Finance/full professional qualification of CPA/ACCA/CIMA;
  • MIA member will be added advantage;
  • Enthusiastic approach to work in a fast paced environment;
  • At least 5 years of working experiences in the related field;

(Contract position-Northern Area & Putrajaya)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the planning, execution and development projects which include overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects.
  • Able to handle full spectrum of Development/Construction Management/ Project Management and Post Contracts.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/ Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experiences in Healthcare projects will be added advantage.
  • Experience in Property Development/Project Management/Construction or Consultancy is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities.
  • Required a minimum of 10 years experiences in Managerial Level.
  • Able to be stationed at site.


 

 
   

Quantity Surveyor

(Contract position- Northern Area & Putrajaya)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •  Responsible and lead preparation of preliminary budget/taking-off quantities for development projects, pre-contract preparation, project and post contract management.
  • Responsible and lead preparation of estimated/costing for tenders and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Having knowledge of current market pricing.
  • Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, loss and expenses. Project cost control, etc including cash-flow management of on-going projects.
  • Preparation of progress claims for subcontractors, to client and prepare monthly progress report.

 

Requirements:

                

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience in Property Development/Project Management/Construction or Consultancy is essential.
  • Good track record in managing large scale development projects.
  • Able to communicate, coordinate and team work effectively with client, consultants, construction team and subcontractors.
  • Able to work independently and result oriented.
  • Required a minimum of 5 years experiences in related field.
