Kurnia Perdana in Kota Kinabalu is the Group’s first major property development project in Sabah.  The project is developed on 25.38 acres (10.27 hectares) of land and commenced in 1995. Phase 1 was completed in 1999 and comprises of a 4 storey commercial building known as Medan Perdana, 40 units of town houses and four blocks of 12 storey adjoining buildings comprising 168 units of condominiums.  These condominiums overlook the Likas Bay, which is only 5 minutes from the town center.  Phase 1 comes complete with clubhouse facilities, including a cafeteria, swimming pool and other sports facilities. 

Kurnia Perdana is located in an exclusive and in one of the prime residential enclaves within the Likas Bay. It is strategically located within the Kota Kinabalu City Center and in the vicinity of the Sabah Trade Center and Likas Square. Other main amenities and developments nearby are the Likas Sports Complex, Giant Hypermarket, Luyang Commercial Centre, Damai Hospital KPJ. All the above mentioned amenities is within 5-10 minutes drive.

The Company intent to redevelop the whole site at Kurnia Perdana including the undeveloped land to create value to the Company and ultimately to the Group. It has engaged consultants to plan and to develop residential and commercial properties that are based on current market trend and demand. The Company envisage that the whole redevelopment initiative will create an estimated GDV of RM2.57 billion.
